What can I say that hasn't already been said . . . so cruel in one so young, Sylvia. I will pray for them all that they may be given the strength to cope during these testing times.

What awful decisions to be made, my heart goes out to these parents and and prayers for Hannah. It really does bring home how desperate this awful disease effects so many of us, we all know of family and friends who have been taken because of it. May the scientists find a cure so that no one has to suffer any more.

no further news on Lorrie to report, still much the same but I promise that any news I'll let you know.

Big hugs to you all and particulary, Diet, Harry and girls; Hannah and parents, Lorrie and family and to all those people who are treating them may they all be enlightened to help these special people in our hearts.

With love
Sara xx

Sylvia, Sorry to read about Hannah, why is life so cruel . Sending you and all the family all the positive thoughts I can, and praying for you all at this very trying time. Will light a candle for her, and Harry and family.

Sharing a bit of positive news this time. My friend Carol has finished her chemo sessions (very hard to cope with) and just had her first radiotherapy one. Says it's a 'walk-in-the-park' in comparison to the chemo. So far so good. Thank you for the prayers and support at the start of her treatment - so very powerful.....and hopefully every day brings her nearer to normality, which is what she says she misses most. Makes me thankful for every day that I have, even the rough ones :)

Prayers and positive strength to Diet, Harry and the Girls, Hannah and her family, and Lorrie and his family.

Moira fair lifts the spirits when we get some positive news like that, and as you say it makes us grateful for what we have.It sounds as though Carole is on the last few rungs and a return to normal service and I truly wish her well.

All positive vibes for Diet and Harry, Hannah and her family and Lorri and his family.

YAY - Lorrie has been allowed home!!!!
He's got an appointment with the Cardio team on 5th March and has to be seen by the chest specialist just prior to that date but no date given yet. Just hope he wont have to wait too long before they operate and mend his heart.
Its still going to be a battle for him but the antibiotics and new medications are helping. That and all our prayers and happy positive thoughts thank you all so much.
His sisters especially the youngest is so happy to have him home, she's not left his side :-)
Will keep you all posted on the next step.
Thank you all so much
Love
Sara x
